This season, we pay homage to our heritage, the Sarakatsani nomadic mountain tribe of northern Greece. Our ancestors from the Sarakatsani tribe lived a communal and nomadic lifestyle, moving around looking for pasture, living in dome shaped huts that can be erected quickly. Thats why they shared a communal oven and fire pit where they cooked the meals for their family and neighbors.

Our menu features a range of meats, vegetables and fish that is wrapped in parchment and baked for hours in our deck oven for that fall off the bone tenderness.
